The Bible is true, that means Hell is real!

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19-20 (ESV)

Hell is a real place. Scripture speaks of it as a place where those outside of the saving Grace of God will spend eternity separated from God. The Bible uses many descriptions and images but ultimately, it is a place of eternal torment and suffering where man will spend their time in utter hatred and rebellion for eternity.

The question I have for myself and others is this: how can we not tell others about this? How can we believe what the Bible says and go throughout our week, day, hour, or even the next minute not sharing with those we know are outside of the saving Grace of Christ? Let that sink in! If the Bible is true, that means Hell is real. This also means that the Grace of God to Salvation for everyone who believes is also true and real. There is a way out! How cruel is it to the unbeliever to keep that truth from them! Let the command of Christ in Matthew 28 not only be a command to tell others about God’s love and the sacrifice of Jesus, but also let it be motivation to help our fellow man.

If we would not want to spend eternity apart from God, why would we not tell others. Does Christ not command us to love others more than ourselves? Let us love the world and tell them about Christ. Tell them about Salvation from sin, Hell and the grave! Tell them about Christ’s sacrifice! Tell them about Grace!

This week, we would like to invite you to pray for our missionary team. They are serving at an orphanage and taking the Gospel to the people of Mexico.
